A Summer Place is a gorgeous villa located in Discovery
Bay. A fabulous home with a full staff including a cook,
maid, butler and gardner. It also has a private pool,
white sand beach, gazebo.
A Summer Place has 7 air-conditioned bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
The villa has its own private white sand beach, and includes
the use of 2 Kayaks. A large outdoor, covered verandah
with plenty of comfortable furnishings overlooks the fresh
water pool and the private beach. This villa is great
for family reunions or larger groups.
You enter the villa by walking over a bridge that covers
the cute goldfish pond, and into a large entryway which
looks directly out onto the open, covered verandah. There
are 2 sitting areas inside which have a piano, a stereo
with CD player, TV/VCR and many books to share at your
leisure.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. One has a king bed, private
bath, TV/VCR and has french doors that open directly onto
the outdoor covered verandah. The other bedroom is in
the converted garage and has 2 twin/1 king bed, private
bath, TV/VCR. The other 5 bedrooms are upstairs and all
include a private bath and 3 of the bedrooms have a TV/VCR.
Outdoors there is a fabulous covered verandah, which
has more than enough comfortable seating for everyone
staying in the house. There is also a glass table
that can be used if you would like to enjoy any
of your meals outside. The pool is right off the
verandah and it is a great 16 x 32 foot fresh water
pool. There is a gazebo just off to the side where
you can have a seat and enjoy your drinks.
If the ocean is more your style then you can venture
off to the private white sand beach, which has a
walk way to another gazebo. There is a nice bench
swing to sit and gaze out to the ocean or there
is use of Kayaks, Wind Surfer or Sea Bike, if you
are in a more adventurous mood.
Recently added is a
private tennis court with night lights. Racquets and balls are available for your use. And an air-conditioned gym with a treadmill and elliptical machine. |
