As you enter the circular driveway and see the
cascading bougainvilleas and bauhinia trees, you
know you've come to some place special.
Sweet Spot is a two story house with 5 air-
conditioned bedrooms upstairs opening onto a covered
veranda, that runs the width of the house. Also
to be found upstairs is the media room with TV
and computer with internet access. Downstairs
are the living and dining rooms and a sixth bedroom.
All opening through French doors onto the pool
area with an extensive lawn running down to the
hedges that border the beach.
Beyond the lawn is the 10,000 square foot beach.
The water is clear and there is an excellent coral
reef just 50 feet off shore. The beach has a great
gentle access into the water, wonderful for children.
Plus sea kayaks and snorkeling equipment are complimentary.
Breezes Runaway Bay is within walking distance
of the villa. This is great for golfing or purchasing
a day pass to their facilities.
Sweet Spot has all the space everyone could need
in comfortable and colourful surroundings. Truly
a gem.
