Villa Viento is a beautiful 7 bedroom, 7 bath, waterfront villa located in Ocho Rios. The villa sits on 2 acres and is nestled in a large tropical garden overlooking the spectacular ocean, making for a beautiful private getaway or it works wonderfully for large groups or weddings.
This villa is composed of a Main House with 2 bedrooms, the Island Suites with 3 bedrooms, and the Seaview Suites with 2 bedrooms.
The large outdoor bar can seat up to 20 people and additional tables can be setup for special events. The bar has electricity, a sink and a refridgerator. For weddings this villa can accommodate up to 150 guests.
The Main House has 2 air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms can be configured with two twins or one king in each bedroom. Villa Viento's Main House also consists of a comfortable living room opening onto a large, L-shaped, outdoor, covered verandah with Jamaican wicker seating, lounge chairs and dining for up to 14 people. The verandah leads to the large fresh water pool and spacious sea side bar seating up to 20 people. From the bar you can watch spectacular sunsets.
The Island Suites are separated from the main house by a paved path. There are 3 separate bedroom suites, with seating areas, TV's, air conditioning, phone and small refrigerators. These suites all have full size baths and large closets. Two of the suites have double beds with sleeper sofas ($100 extra for sleepers), and one has a king bed (or 2 twins). All dining is done at the Main House.
The Seaview Suites are also separate from the Main House and Island Suites, and have wonderful views out over the lawn to the ocean. There are 2 large suites sharing a front porch. Each suite has twin or king beds, seating area, TV, large full bath with shower, air conditioning, phone and small refrigerators. All dining is done at the Main House.
Outdoors the villa is surrounded by 2 acres of lawns and gardens. The villa has a large fresh water pool with lounge chairs. There is a romantic gazebo located at the waters edge that has been used for wedding ceremonies or just watching the world go by. Directly next to the gazebo are steps that lead into the sea. There is no beach, but swimming is possible on calm days.
Just a quarter mile drive from the villa is the world famous Reggae Beach. This beach is great for the sandy beach and swimming.
